A few things I'm loving right now: September edition
- Lindor Truffles. $.50 each. I can only buy a couple. Can't have too many available to me... My favorite is the dark chocolate and the white chocolate. I try to ration one a day with afternoon coffee.
- In general: big bars of scented soap from Marshalls; in particular, the pumpkin spice version. Its like soaking in a cup of Starbucks
- Maybelline dream bounce blush. My favorite is coffee cake.
- "The Blender". I probably wouldn't have bought it (because its about $20), but it came in a Birchbox with a cleanser and I. LOVE. IT.

makeup primers I know and love
Primers..... I might have a hording problem.
This isn't even all of them. (I found four more after the picture...) and I have a couple more on my list to try (Loreal Lumi, I'm looking at you).
So many because its a mixture of those that came from Birchbox or Ipsy or the free gift with purchase at Dillard's, and purchases in the makeup aisles.
And, every time I'm in a makeup aisle, I say to myself... no! You dont have too much makeup. Get more!
The ones I love:
- Estee Lauder (of course! the most expensive one is my favorite!) I actually bought this one, and its almost empty. I will be re-purchasing. Its probably my very favorite. I use use the illumination primer on top of my makeup as a highlighter.
- Loreal Miracle Blur: I cant say it is a miracle, or even that it blurs, but the ads are certainly convincing and I like the smooth and cool feel, and its a lot cheaper than Estee Lauder.
- Put a lid on it. Can an eyelid primer still be considered a primer? Lets just say yes. Its my favorite for this. I also love that I can buy the "sample size" because a little goes a very long way.
My least favorite? Jouer, ybf, and Rimmel. Each of theses have too much color in them for me and turn my makeup a little orange.
What is your favorite primer?

Its rare I go back to the same thing two weeks in a row.
But...
I liked it so much I went and got a second color. This Revlon Gel Envy, for $5 each, can not be beat.
Shine!
Little chipping!
and its $5!

Insta-Friday: a few pictures from my week
This is my version of a perfect morning: driving into work with flowers and Starbucks. Starbucks is for me. Flowers for secretary.

Isn't he adorable? He's gotten to be an old man. He surrounds himself with all the things he loves, his bed, his blanket and his stuffed animal.
There is just something so organized and appealing about opening the drawer on coffee delivery day at work.
Latest read. I figure if I'm going to make smoothies, I may as well take the time to figure out the best tasting and nutritious combinations. I read one chapter thus far and already ran out to buy organic chia seeds. Not sure what I'm going to do with them yet, but I have them ready to be called into action.

Self-prescribed divorce recovery trips for chocolate yogurt are diminishing, but not altogether over.
